Awesome! You made it! Hi! We are Dan and Jamie Chrzanowski and we can't wait to get to know you too! We live in Central Texas with our two doggies Addie Pearl and Meatball. To balance the stress of life, we love using our fitness every chance we get to have fun adventures.
We believe no matter the season of life you are in that fitness is the universal silver bullet to being happier and healthier. Our goal is to help you build momentum in your daily habits so that every day you make time to move.
At Omnibus Athletics, we get that moving can look different for everyone based on your age, fitness level and how you feel on any given day.
This is an accessible fitness program that is modifiable for all.
What does modifiable mean?
A session is one hour that will include an active warmup followed by a structured workout and a cool down.
We will provide the workout equipment which could include: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, boxes, plates, benches, jump ropes, rower, bike.
Workouts will vary each week in time, intensity and movements. The one thing you can depend on is it will be challenging.

Come 10 - 15 min early to get to know the crew. We will begin promptly at 8am.
